This comfortable, friendly bed and breakfast guest house offers accommodation within a few minutes walking distance of York’s historic city centre. It is conveniently located just five minutes away from many of York’s famous tourist attractions, and overlooks Haxby Park and Bowls Field. Private off-street car parking for up to six vehicles is available for guests use.

Accommodation
This Guest House was fully refurbished in December 2006 to provide comfortable ensuite accommodation, with new furnishings and decoration throughout. A selection of high quality rooms are offered with breakfast included. All rooms are non-smoking, ensuite (including power-shower) and front door keys are provided to allow 24-hour access. Subject to availability guests can choose from the following room types: • Single • Twin • Double • Family (can accommodate up to five adults) One of the double rooms is located on the ground floor and has level wheel chair access which is ideal for the elderly or disabled. The family room has a double bed, a single bed and also a fold out single bed. Children are very welcome and a high chair is available. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.

The historic City of York is a truly wonderful place with numerous visitor attractions and places of interest. Both areas are within easy driving distance of York and are a must on any visitor itinerary.
