A lovely family run bed and breakfast in the heart of historic York. The guest house has centrally heated guest rooms which are all ensuite and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, there is also a colour TV in every room. Your hosts offer an exceptionally high standard of comfort and cleanliness throughout, and they are renowned for their fabulous English breakfast that will set you up for your day! They B&B is only a 5 minute walk from historic York City Centre and it's many attractions. They are also just a short distance from Yorkshire Moors and East Coast.

Accommodation
Your hosts offer a selection of Single, Twin, Double and Family bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and come with Colour Televisions and Tea/Coffee making facilities. The bedrooms are also centrally heated for your extra comfort. The owners want you to enjoy your stay and make great efforts to ensure that exceptionally high standards of comfort and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Breakfast is served in our attractive Dining Room. Breakfast consists of cereal, tea/coffee, toast and a fully cooked breakfast. They will also try to do their best to cater for those with special diet requirements.

York has medieval origins and within the city walls visitors can take a trip back through history as they wander the quaint cobbled streets and specialist shops. An ideal way to explore the city is to take a boat trip on the river Ouse.
