Your hosts, offer you a warm and friendly welcome
to their Bed and Breakfast. The B&B is ideally placed for the seaside, the
South Downs, historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre or Goodwood races. We offer
bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation
for up to 10 guests. The house is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland.

The Accommodation
Our rooms are clean and spacious and comprise of one ensuite double room and a family room on the ground floor and two twin rooms with hand basins on the first floor sharing two bathrooms. The twins can also be arranged as triple rooms. A full English breakfast is served in the conservatory or dining room overlooking the garden. Credit cards are accepted and the B&B is open all year round. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and television. Guests are welcome to make use of the lovely garden. We are happy to accommodate children and pets. There is ample off road parking and for guests using public transport Barnham station is a 5 minute drive by taxi. The home is very easy to find being only minutes from the A27 (the main south coast road).
