Your hosts assure a warm welcome at their spacious Victorian house in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England. Our large and comfortable rooms attract many return visitors from England and throughout the world. A peaceful bed and breakfast accommodation a few minutes walk from the River Thames, and yet just half an hour by car from London's Heathrow airport and around half an hour by train from Central London. Windsor Castle and Legoland are only 15 minutes drive and Oxford and the Cotswolds are nearby, just a 45 minutes drive. We are also ideally situated to visit Henley-on-Thames, Wentworth golf course, Ascot, Hampton Court and Thorpe Park and many more places of interest. The home is just Seven minutes walk to Boulter's Lock, the most famous lock on the River Thames, and several Thames-side restaurants. We are also within walking distance of Maidenhead town center for more restaurants and pubs.

The room Oak room (above), said to be a replica of Cardinal Wolsey's chambers at Hampton Court Palace is east facing, enjoying a peaceful outlook across the River Thames. Outside is a covered veranda and secluded garden with many seated areas. The room is large and bright and has an open fireplace for the winter months if required. The facility is ideal for a maximum of ten people as a conference layout. In addition we can offer en-suite accommodation for 8 persons bed and breakfast. We have successfully catered for conferences, meetings, presentations and product launches. Lunch, tea and coffee can be provided if required in the Great Hall or The Oak Room. Dimensions: 6.7 x 5.2 metres (22 x 17 feet). There is ample parking.

Accommodation

There are double rooms with ensuite facilities and one single room with its own private facilities, including a huge Victorian roll-top bath. All rooms have television and tea and coffee making facilities. Secure off road parking is also available for guests. Children are most welcome.

The exclusive treatment room was launched on 10 February 2003. Treatments offered in the comfortable room include massage, manicures, pedicures, reiki, Lastone therapy and Indian head massage during the day, evenings and Saturdays. Just ask for more details.

Tariff - season rates (hence from) :

Single ensuite from £100 per room per night.
Twin ensuite from £150 per room per night.
Double ensuite from £125 per room per night.
Family ensuite room (for 3 or 4 persons) from £165 per room per night (please let us know your requirements)
