This is a really well located and newly built hotel within a 10 minute drive of central Plymouth and also with great access to all the Devon countryside and coast, and with the great advantage of being out of the busy city centre. They offer free parking for guests too. The hotel is situated on the A386 Plymouth to Tavistock road, and is just under 5 miles from Plymouth city centre. The hotel is also just 1 mile north of the A38 and has easy access to the main roads into Plymouth and also on to Cornwall. The city’s airport is just a 5-minute drive away.

Plymouth is a wonderful and historic city. Sir Water Raleigh and Francis Drake were in Plymouth's Port which is overlooked by the Elizabethan Barbican, a building of outstanding beauty and significant historical interest. Plymouth has great shopping facilities, with the Drake's Circus shopping centre, fantastic restaurants and nightlife, coastal and woodland walks, museums and galleries and much much more. Within easy reach of the hotel is the Dartmoor National Park, Plymouth City Centre, Plymouth Hoe, Historic Barbican, Sea Front, Fish Market, National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Dome and the Theatre Royal. For guests without a car there is even a regular bus service from right outside the hotel into the city centre.

There are two options with the regular rooms. They have either two Canadian double beds (ideal for families) or one Canadian double bed and one sofa bed. The Suites are approximately the size of two rooms; a bedroom with a huge double bed and ensuite, and a connecting room with lounge facilities including a double sofa bed and a fridge.
All rooms can accommodate up to 4 people (at an additional cost see rates below, children can be free of charge too).
