The hotel is located in the Paddington area with proximity to Paddington train station (connections to Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express and 28 airport check in desks at the station) and Hyde Park. The Hotel has taken on a whole new look and feel, offering seclusion and ambiance where guests can have a relaxed stay from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The hotel is located just 400 metres from Lancaster Gate underground, and half a kilometre away from Paddington main line station.

The hotel comprises of 18 double-bedded rooms all recently refurbished to a very high standard with the design-conscious client in mind. Nevertheless, they have also made an effort to restore the building to its former glory by reinstating some of the original features to add that extra touch of 'Old London Town'.

The 18 bedrooms include standard and deluxe double rooms have been refurbished to provide the ultimate in comfort and serenity. The rooms feature a subtle colour scheme of browns, dark wood and suede alongside stainless steel. Most rooms are equipped with a state of the art DVD system, safes, hairdryers, telephone, fridge and beverage making facilities.
