Kim and John welcome you to their private 1890's country home, near Leamington Spa, Warkwickshire. They offer two rooms for bed and breakfast, in elegant furnished surroundings. The house is a stylish 1890's elegantly furnished family house with south facing terrace, gardens, croquet and hard tennis court. Located in a quiet, safe village in pretty, hilly countryside. Personal Service and friendly advice on what to see, how to get there or where to eat. Strategic location in Central England; Rugby, Stratford, Warwick and Oxford are all within 40 minutes drive. So whether its Shakespeare, Castles or the University in which you are interested, be sure to stay in Warwickshire!
Warwickshire - Royal Leamington Spa

Off the tourist trail away from the crowds. Take time to see some less frequented tell-tales of the turbulent past, such as the Rollright Stones - our very own Stonehenge or world-class gardens such as Kiftsgate.

Set in a beautiful and historic conservation village, near the site of an old Priory. The lane outside our house is known as the Welsh Road. Along it King Edward II marched his army for the Welsh conquests. There is also a splendid pub in the village giving you a chance to sample the local ales and talk to the locals.

Delicious food - Kim both studied and taught at Cordon Bleu in London ( note dinner is available only if booked in advance for not less than 4 people. Please advise if you want a vegetarian diet. The price is £25 for 3 courses on a set menu.) John is also good at drumming up "a proper English breakfast".
Two large and spacious bedrooms (a twin and a double) both with their own adjoining private bathrooms.
