Your hosts welcome you to their home situated in between the towns of Rye and Battle in the East Sussex, only a short drive from the seaside town of Hastings and with easy travelling distance of Eastbourne, Folkstone and Dover and the channel tunnel at Ashford. The B&B is also an ideal base for visiting the historic attractions of Kent and East Sussex. There are also numerous historic gardens nearby.

The B&B has one double ensuite room with bath, shower and WC, one double ensuite room with Shower and WC, one twin ensuite room with bath, shower, WC and separate sitting room. All rooms have colour TV, radio alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities within the room. One of the rooms is on the ground floor so is ideal for elderly or disabled visitors. The home has full gas central heating and Liz and Peter offer comprehensive tourist information to guests. They have beautiful gardens with access and sitting areas for guests and the home has views of the lovely Brede valley. Prices include full English, Continental or vegetarian breakfast. There is ample off-road parking too. Your hosts also add that 'Man Spricht Deutsch - On Parle Français'. This home also accepts credit cards.
