Location

Situated just north of London (but still on the tube system) and on the edge of Epping this accommodation is a two bedroom self contained annex adjoining a beautiful Georgian style country home, which is set in 3 acres. The property fronts onto Epping Forest and backs onto open farmland yet is only an easy 10 minute walk from the town centre, they really are the last house in Epping! The Coach House enjoys a quiet rural location (with fabulous birds, squirrels and pheasants!) but has all the benefits of being close to the local amenities in Epping Town Centre including Banks, Post Office, Shops, Hairdressers, Beauty Clinics, Pubs, Restaurants, Tennis Court and a Sports Centre and the Central Line Tube Station giving access to London within 40 minutes. A taxi to or from the local tube station costs less than £3.50 if you do not wish to walk (approx. 15 - 20 mins walk to the tube station).

Accommodation

The Coach House is well appointed and enjoys the luxury of being self-contained. The accommodation comprises: Entrance Hall, lounge, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood and microwave, double bedroom, single bedroom (with additional campbed for a child), shower room (with Sauna available at an extra charge) and wc, allocated garden and off road parking. Tea and coffee making facilities and continental breakfast are included. Hairdryers, radio alarm clocks and televisions are provided in each room.

Local Attractions And Activities

The M11 motorway is just 3 miles to the North and this gives you access to Stansted Airport (15 minutes), Cambridge, Duxford, and Stansted Mountfitchet with their numerous attractions. The M11 will also give you access to the M25 and to London.

The property is also well located for walkers and cyclists giving them numerous paths to choose from both in Epping Forest and Lee Valley.

There are lots of different activities nearby including Epping – Ongar railway, Secret Nuclear Bunker, Royal Gunpowder Mills, Toy Museum, Stansted Mountfitchet Castle, Audley End, Blake Hall, Duxford Imperial War Museum to name but a few. There are endless days out in London just 40 minutes away by tube.
