B&B, dating from late 14th or early 15th century, situated in
South Eastern Kent only 10 minutes away from the Channel Tunnel
terminal and the Folkestone docks. Overlooking the Romney
Marsh and the Channel, on a clear day France is clearly
visible.

been converted to an extremely high standard offering two bedrooms and
two bathrooms together with a large lounge and a newly fitted kitchen.
Bed and Breakfast is also available. Dover is only 35 minutes
in the car and Gatwick airport is also only 55 minutes away.
