This friendly family run hotel is located near Tufnell Park in North London (travel zone 2). The local tube station, Tufnell Park on the Northern Line, is a 5 -10 minute walk. This means the hotel is within 20 minutes of Leicester Square, Victoria and Waterloo. Heathrow airport is just over an hour away by tube or a short trip via Paddington and the Heathrow Express service. The hotel has 30 rooms all with ensuite facilities, these rooms include 8 family rooms, 3 triple rooms and 3 single rooms. For Stansted airport there is a direct link by rail from Liverpool Street station. Liverpool street station is accessible from the hotel by tube. Outside tube hours it's just a £14 taxi ride from the hotel to Liverpool street station. The hotel is also outside of the congestion charging area and there is free on 'Street Parking' on Saturday and Sunday and in the evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30am. Outside these times there is 'pay and display' on street parking but for 3 hours maximum stay. Around a mile from the hotel is a public car park (approx. £12 per day). You can park your car outside the hotel in the evening, drive to the car park in the morning and then catch a tube from the station near the car park (Holloway Road) straight into central London within around 8 minutes.

The hotel is ideally situated for many areas including Camden, Euston, Hampstead, Golders Green and Tottenham Court Road. All are within a short tube journey. Those who enjoy walking should note Camden is only a 20 minute walk away. There are also many buses running from this location straight into Central London.

Airport access is also very easy via public transport with Heathrow and Gatwick airports just over an hour away. Eurostar and Waterloo International station with connections to Europe are an approx. 20 minutes journey and coaches to Stansted run direct to Victoria station that is a 15 minute tube journey.

We (family of 4) stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast every morning was very good and filling. The nearest Tube station is a good 10 minute walk, but we were ready for that. Once you are on the Tube, you can pop up anywhere in London very easily.
