Booking Conditions Prices - Prices are based on known costs at May 6th, 1998. Reservations - Reservations are required; please book as early as possible. A deposit of 50% paid by cheque is required 28 days prior to the tour. Gratuities - It is the custom in Europe to show your appreciation with a tip to the Driver/Guide but only if you are satisfied with your tour. Smoking - Not permitted, however all tours make frequent stops. Children - Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellation - Full and Half Day Tours: A refund will be allowed up to 14 days prior to tour departure less a cancellation charge of 25% of the total price. Accident or Loss - We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss, however caused unless due to our employees' negligence in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. Liability - We do not own or manage the aircraft, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof. Inclusion - What the price includes is specifically stated above. General Conditions - We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his acts to be offensive or a nuisance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability.
