This bed and breakfast occupies an idyllic location on a wooded common just minutes from the centre of Guildford. The property is also only a five minute drive from the Surrey County Hospital, the University and the Research Park. It takes 5-6 minutes to get into Guildford by car and the home is located just outside the built up area of the town. The B&B is 1 minutes walk from the main bus route into Guildford, where buses leave at regular half hourly intervals for the ten minute ride into Guildford. From Guildford there are frequent trains to Central London (for Waterloo every 10 minutes) or the south coast. Both destinations are a 40 to 50 minute train journey. Trains also leave Guildford regularly for the historic dockyard of Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays retail outlet.
