This family run B&B Guest House has been with the current owners since 1998 when it was totally refurbished. The property itself is a one hundred year country house, sympathetically restored and retaining many of the original features. Located amongst fields, the bed and breakfast, is still on the main A452 road and only a mere 5 minutes drive from the Birmingham NEC and major motorway networks. The guest house has a large well lit car park at the front and cars may be left while the guests are for holiday if they are using the Birmingham international airport. Accommodation
Your hosts offer nine guest bedrooms, two of which are triple ensuite rooms with three single beds, the other rooms are twin and double ensuite rooms. They can accommodate up to twenty people. All the large well furnished rooms have ensuite facilities, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. This guest house is ideal for companies exhibiting at the N.E.C. as well as contractors and tourists. All are assured of a warm welcome at this charming home. There is also Wifi internet throughout the B&B.

The B&B has a sunny, comfortable dining room and serves an excellent full English breakfasts using local products. Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, grapefruit, yogurts and orange juice plus bacon, sausage, eggs (poached,fried, scrambled or boiled), mushrooms, tomatoes and fried bread along with toast and a selection of jams and marmalades. Finally there is a selection of teas and coffee.

The home is within easy distance of the NEC and Arena (NIA), Birmingham International Airport, Birmingham International Station, Motor Cycle Museum, Coventry, Kenilworth, Solihull and Warwick. Within 3 miles of the home are several Golf Courses including West Midlands Golf Club, Forest of Arden,Stonebridge and the Belfry. They are also close to Birmingham Business Park, Land Rover and Blythe Valley and have several regulars who are working in the area a few days a week.
