| You are offeredr a warm welcome to this friendlyr guest house. Gatwick airport
is only 5 minutes ride away - courtesy
transport is available free of charge to Gatwick at anytime (24 hours a
day) and collection from Gatwick is available from 9 am to 9 pm
- before or after these hours a local taxi
costs just £4. The fifteen ensuite rooms are comfortable and well
equipped and the guest house is very fortunate to be located only 100 yards
from shopping facilities. They have their own lounge bar (full range of
meals available) and within walking distance is a wide range of restaurants
which include Chinese, Indian, Italian, Spanish and good old British food.
Ye Olde Six Bells, nearby, is a popular pub to visit and is reputed to be
over 1000 years old. If you wish to use the B&B as a base to visit the
south of England, within a 10 minute walk is our local train station (Horley)
which has regular trains to London, a 40 minutes ride, and Brighton is only
30 minutes away. Other attractions in Sussex, Surrey and Kent are all within
easy traveling times. Long term parking is also available for your holiday at £3.50 per day. |

| The Guest house has mainly
ensuite rooms, all equipped with tea and coffee facilities, direct dial
telephones, colour television and ample wardrobe space. All rooms are fully
central heated, individually decorated and there is a choice of smoking
or nonsmoking rooms. Early morning wake-up calls are available if needed.
There are double, twin, triple and quad/family rooms available. The B&B
also offers a bar and lounge area with a full range of bar meals available.
If you require Internet and e-mail access, an Internet cafe is within a
five minute walk of the Guest House. |

| We also have ground floor rooms in our new
annex for easy access. Ideal for people that have problems with stairs or
heavy luggage. Storage for luggage is also available. |

| Our Dining Room (below) is nonsmoking. Full
English Breakfast is served 7am to 8.45am weekdays, 7.30am to 8.45am at
the weekend. We can also cater for a Vegetarian Breakfast. A Continental
Breakfast is available at any time of the morning for those who have early
flights. There is also a nice sized lounge where you can relax and read.

I found this b&b to be comfortable
clean and the owners very helpful. There was a very full breakfast the
next morning and all in all I enjoyed my short stay there and will not
only use it again if the need arises but can recommend it to anyone.
