A comfortable detached self sufficient and well-equipped single storey chalet accommodation. Makes a great year-round base. Located approximately 1.5 miles from Falmouth town centre & its beaches. Perfect for a seaside family holiday or for a romantic break, in a semi-rural and very peaceful year-round location. The chalet is contained within the owners grounds and is adjacent to their bungalow.

All ground floor, sleeps maximum three persons with one double bedroom + One single fold up bed. Shower room with cubicle, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. Amenities Central heating throughout & inclusive in the rent. Mains electricity slot meter. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, Music centre. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring own beach towels, travel cot and highchair. Tea towels are supplied. Milk, sugar, tea and coffee are supplied for the day of your arrival. Full crockery/cutlery sets & kitchen utensil's etc. Washing machine service available. Iron & board supplied on request. Off road parking available for 2 cars. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ. Children welcome. Sorry no smoking inside the Chalet but guests are welcome to use the garden/patio. Shops and restaurants nearby. Local beach 1.5 mile & pub 1 mile. Golf club with range& pitch n put within 1 mile.
