Location

The hayloft is situated in a corner of our large garden and as we are high on the North Downs just 20 minutes from Canterbury, it is extremely quiet here (5 miles south of Faversham on the A2 and 3.5 miles north of Lenham on the A20. Our gardens and orchard extend to some 8 acres and you would be free to use them, of course. We are very centrally located for visiting the whole of Kent and if you wish to take a trip to France for the day, don't forget your passports. Dover is only 35 minutes in the car and a day trip on the ferry is really enjoyable. The home is also only 55 minutes Gatwick airport.

Accommodation

The self catering accommodation, for non-smokers only, is set in a converted 17th century hayloft. The barn has been converted to an extremely high standard offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms together with a large lounge. It has a newly fitted kitchen and although it does not have a washing machine, laundry can be done for you at the main house. We also offer bed and breakfast and so the washing machines are going every day.
