This Bed & Breakfast is a privately owned, well-established bed and breakfast situated on the west coast of Scotland in the heart of Robert Burns country. Well known for it's good food and Scottish hospitality, this home is located near to the beach and Ayr town centre making it an ideal base for holidays. Private residents parking is provided.

This home is a member of the Scottish Tourist Board (3 star rating) and of Burns Country Tourist Association and South Ayrshire Golf Advance Booking Service.

This Bed & Breakfast is located on the West Coast of Scotland off the A79 main road to Prestwick making it ideal for access to Glasgow and Prestwick International airports, and the Irish ferries. Ayr town centre and railway station is within a short walk from the B&B. Glasgow city is only 40 minutes away by car. Edinburgh city centre is a 90 minute drive. The home is also just a five minute walk from Northfield Bowling Complex.

Newton on Ayr Railway Station, the main rail link to Prestwick Airport, is only a two minute walk from the B&B.

Ayr has numerous attractions to offer its visitors: horse racing, bowling, golf, fishing, and football. All of these recreational facilities are within 1km from the bed and breakfast. Aside from the recreational facilities offered by Ayr, Ayrshire offers plenty for the interested tourist to do:

Each room is equipped with a hospitality tray, hairdryer, and TV offering satellite and video channels. Pick up and drop off for Prestwick Airport is available by arrangement. Packed lunches and snacks are available. They offer breakfast choice of any of the following : Full Scottish Breakfast, Continental Breakfast, Vegetarian  Breakfast or Fresh Fruit etc.
