This great guest house is just a minute from the bustling High Street
of rural Epping.
A detached private Guest House just a minute from the bustling High Street of rural Epping. The B&B is located in a 'conservation' area with many sites of local history nearby. Only ½ a mile from Epping Forest. The home is just a 30 minute tube ride from the many attractions of central London. They are in a great position for London visitors being also just 20 minutes drive from Stansted airport. Heathrow Airport is around 1 hour drive or 1.5 hours by public transport. Just 75 meters away from the B&B is Epping High Road where guests can enjoy easy access to a choice of 14 restaurants, 8 pubs, and a variety of shops (see "Local life" below for details). Epping also has plenty to offer visitors and it's just a short journey away from some other major areas of interest in the South East like Epping Forest, Lee Valley Park, Copped Hall, Cambridge and Duxford air museum. There also plenty of activities and events in the Epping area such as Golf, with many fine and well established golf courses within a 5 mile radius and several driving ranges, horse riding, rambling, cycling and a children's activity centre and fitness centre nearby. The B&B also offers A Sub-tropical garden where guests can relax in our exotic and unusual surroundings. The garden is open at various times between April and October by prior arrangement.

Sub-Tropical Garden
For business visitors your hosts offer access to a wireless broadband connection at no extra charge (requires a laptop or handheld computer with wireless card or inbuilt Wi-fi capability). There is also a meeting room for up to 10 people (advance bookings advised).
This B&B offers a choice of four rooms, all with ensuite and including one 1 executive room. Each guest room has a dedicated parking bay with no possibility of being clamped or parked in. (note this is for cars only - larger vehicles may park in the nearby car parks).
The executive room, is much larger than the
standard ensuite rooms and has a double bed and a double sofa bed so can
be used by family groups. This room also has views over the sub-tropical
garden and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, bath and WC etc.
