This Bed & Breakfast apartment can offer you more than just a room. When you book into your accommodation at this apartment, you are going to appreciate your own bedroom, with canopied double bed and your own private drawing room (with hospitality pantry) plus the rates are no higher than you would pay for standard accommodation in the City ! Your host also lives in the apartment and has his own separate accommodation. He will be on hand to offer advice on Edinburgh and make your cooked breakfast too!
As the building is 170 years old, with ceilings 14ft high (4.3 metres), traditional features have been maintained. Your private bathroom is a few steps along the hall and the owners provide freshly laundered dressing gowns. Please bear in mind that they look after only two guests at any one time. The apartment bathroom is always kept to the highest standards possible. You will have your own keys to come and go as you please. The apartment is non smoking. The lounge has radio and colour TV (4 major channels). The bedroom has bedside radios too.

An added bonus is that the apartment is only one level above the street, so both your bedroom and drawing room have south facing windows, enjoying peaceful views of Drummond Place Gardens, established in 1840. There you are welcome to have a picnic, relax and read, or even offer to do a little light weeding ! Free on-street parking available 5 minutes away. Rates for 2007 - note there is a minimum 2 night stay - however at times, especially in the quiet season, one night stays can be requested.

The apartment is 100% no smoking and the accommodation comprises a double canopied bed Master bedroom - private drawing room where your host serves breakfast - private bathroom (bath with overhead shower). Rates are for Bed & Breakfast for 2 guests, per night, with full Scottish cooked breakfast. FREE on-street car parking is 5 minutes away.

January to July and September to December :
Monday to Thursday inclusive at £92 per night
Friday to Sunday inclusive at £98 per night

All Augusts dates at £98 per night
