A privately run bed and breakfast hotel located in Edinburgh city centre. The central location of the hotel is convenient for the tourist and business traveler alike, with easy access to Edinburgh nightlife, shopping, business centre and the Edinburgh Festival.
Accommodation
This accommodation, in the centre of Edinburgh, has ten comfortable bedrooms, and each of these hotel rooms have en-suite facilities. Our bedrooms also have colour TV, writing desks, hairdryers, and hospitality trays with tea, coffee and shortbread. Complimentary toiletries are provided for guests in each hotel room. Irons and ironing boards are also available on request. Note that although the accommodation is a completely non-smoking hotel, there is a small garden in the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted.

The dining room is located on the lower floor of the hotel. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday between 8am - 9am and weekends from 8:30am - 9:30am. Our breakfast offers traditional Scottish breakfasts with a selection of grilled and cooked foods, as well as a variety of fresh continental breakfast choices. The hotel offers vegetarian food for those who prefer a vegetarian breakfast menu.
