The B&B sits in acre of pretty garden, with lawns, surrounded by woods which are carpeted by bluebells in spring. There is a rich variety of bird life (including woodpeckers) and deer, foxes and other wildlife are often to be seen. There are 3 rooms:- one double with ensuite facilities, a single also ensuite and a twin room with private bathroom, all rooms are spacious and pleasant, all are ground floor rooms, with individually controlled heating, televisions, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers etc. a cosy sitting room has a wood burning stove in winter, or there is a large terrace to sit out on in summer.

The original 17th century home has been fully renovated with a newer single story courtyard wing offering what can only be described as top class accommodation. All rooms are individually and thoughtfully decorated and have their own themed character, from the French antique to the traditionally sumptuous four poster, each room offers a unique atmosphere.

This B&B is an imposing Grade 2 listed building only a few minutes walk from the sea at Budleigh Salterton. Originally a thatched cottage it was extended and transformed in 1830 and additional extensions have been built since then offering you the most relaxing environment.

The B&B, dating from late 14th or early 15th century, is situated in South Eastern Kent only 10 minutes away from the Channel Tunnel terminal and the Folkestone docks. This makes the B&B the ideal stop off point for Euro travelers. The House overlooks the Romney Marsh and the Channel and on a clear day France is clearly visible. The home has ample secure off road parking for guests with cars. Public transport in the area is very restricted so a car is almost essential unless guests wish to rely on taxis. Our rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast which is available until 9.30 a.m. We do not provide evening meals or lunches but there is a wide choice of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.

The B&B is tucked away in a quiet lane overlooking Victoria Park and has all the charm of the Victorian era when the house was built. The home is located ten minutes walk from the historic Old Sarum and only a fifteen minute walk from Salisbury town centre. It is in an excellent position for those touring the sights of the West of England - Stonehenge is a fifteen minute drive away and Winchester, the New Forest and historic Portsmouth are all within in easy driving distance. The B&B is also in an ideal position for those stopping over on their way to visit Devon and Cornwall. For those using public transport there is a bus stop nearby and train station is 1 mile away.
