Why do we not offer a telephone service ? We are an Internet only business and to allow us to offer the most cost effective service we cannot offer telephone support which is very expensive and time consuming. If we were to offer a telephone service we would have to increase all ongoing costs to you the customer. When our service started in 1994 it was purely web based and we have continued in that way and always found we can help many more people in far less time via email than we ever could over the telephone. |

| Handling Complaints |
| We have
very few complaints ! But if you feel you need to complain about any
aspect of our booking process/services or about any of our individual
B&B homes that you have visited we would be happy to deal with this
is in a fair, confidential and effective manner. All you need to do
is E-mail us and we promise
to respond to your problem within 5 working days. We would also hope
to resolve any problem within 7 days (allowing for contact with any
particular B&B host). If you also feel you would like to offer any
suggestions to improve our service please use the 'Suggestions' button
on the menu bar above.
