Also note this hotel has good access for disabled persons if needed. They have ground floor rooms and also an elevator to reach all the other floors. There is wheelchair ramp access into the hotel reception and they have a ground floor breakfast room.
The hotel also has facilities for meetings/conferences in their air conditioned lounge for around 15-20 people.
Gatwick Express train within 3 minutes walk for access to Gatwick Airport within 35 minutes.
Eurostar and Waterloo International station within approx. 15 minutes.
Coaches from Stansted run direct to Victoria station (1 minute walk).

I wanted to sincerely thank you and your staff for the wonderful holiday we had, all starting at your hotel. You did many things for us which although you may think were just a part of the service, we felt were extraordinary. Some of the other hotels around the world could learn much from you. The check in was great and you had all the details correct. Your suggestions for outings and savings freely offered were a great help for us being first timers in the UK. We were able to maximize our stay and make some very good savings in money and time, all thanks to you. The rooms were very inch as good if not better than they appeared on the net and this is often NOT the case. We want to extend our appreciation for your assistance in making our stay at your hotel a very enjoyable week (March 27 - April 3, 2004). We enjoyed the great location with close access to Victoria Station and within walking distance of the heart of London. Our room also was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was tasty. Your personal efforts and attention to all of the details of our stay were invaluable. The bus tour you arranged for us, the concern you expressed about the "lost ATM card" and daily details we inquired about were handled patiently by yourself and your staff.
