| Mary would like to welcome you to her charming and recently fully refurbished home in fashionable Fulham. Mary has been a 'London landlady' for ten years and prides herself on the warmth of her welcome. 75% of her visitors this year have stayed with her before. The Ivy-clad House has been a typical London family home for 110 years - many of the original features are still in place. Cosy and warm in the winter, cool in the summer the house, with its pretty front garden, offers visitors a great welcome. The House is located in the Chelsea borders and has easy access for all central London attractions especially Kensington which is just 12 minutes away by tube train. The B&B is just a short walk from Parsons Green tube (on the district line) and has great access for Victoria station and also all major London airports (55 mins from Heathrow and an hour from Gatwick). The local buses also run directly into Picadilly Circus and the centre of London. Nearby are many fashionable shops and excellent restaurants along with traditional London pubs. | |

All the ensuite rooms are comfortable and well decorated with 'Jane Churchill' decor and linen, they also have TV and tea and coffee facilities and can be either double or twin bedded as they have 'lock together beds'. On the first floor is the double or twin room with a large ensuite bathroom - this room also has an adjacent room with bunk beds for children if needed making an excellent option for families. |

| There is a 2 night minimum stay and the house is non smoking. Full English breakfast is included in the rates as below. One of the benefits of this charming home is the use of the lounge which many guests find welcoming after a busy day sightseeing in London. Mary is also often on hand to offer advice to guests on places of interest. | |
