Self catering B&B - excellent access to central London and the City. Only 16 minutes to London Bridge station.

This self catering B&B is located within a few minutes walk of Lee train station which is 16 minutes ride from London Bridge (which has tube connections across the City). Trains run to London Bridge approximately every 15 minutes at peak times. London Charing Cross station is a further 10 minute ride if needed. Also you can easily reach the Docklands Light Railway (which connects to the tube system). You can take bus or train from the home to Lewisham DLR station (approx 5 mins). It's very easy to get to "The O2" (www.theo2.co.uk) entertainment district too, with its famous concert arena (previously the Millennium Dome) as it is nearby. If you want to Greenwich either take a 261 bus (stops across the road) to Lewisham and then several buses go straight to Greenwich from Lewisham. That takes about 30 minutes overall. A faster way is the to take a train from Lee station (2 mins from the B&B) to Lewisham (takes 6 minutes) and then change to Docklands Light Railway straight to the centre of Greenwich. That takes about a further 5 minutes and runs every two minutes, overall a journey of about 15 minutes.

The accommodation consists of two private rooms set on the ground floor of a modern town house which is also a private home. The two rooms both share one bathroom with shower, WC and vanity unit, also on the ground floor. One room is a twin with two single beds and the second room is a single. Both rooms are centrally heated with a wash basin, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, worktop and overhead wall cupboards which contain crockery, glassware and so on. Continental style breakfast is provided for guests to prepare themselves. In addition both rooms have TV's and wardrobes, the twin room has an LCD TV, DVD player and radio, bed linen is of course provided. Nearby there are five different restaurants catering for all needs and all budgets. The local area is a typical multi cultural London suburb. Car parking can be arranged if needed.
