Proprietors Robert and Susan Richmond look forward to welcoming you to their home in the Kingdom of Fife.

The accommodation has it's own staircase leading from the front door and guests have complete freedom to come and go as they please. Hearty Scottish breakfasts are served in the magnificent dining room at a time convenient to you, and for evening meals there are several good restaurants nearby serving prime Scottish food at reasonable prices. St. Andrews and Carnoustie world famouse golf courses are each within 20 minutes drive and the Scottish National Golf Centre at Drumoig is only 2 miles away. There are another 40 courses in Fife to play over along with miles of unspoilt walking/cycling and exploring along the Firth of Tay.

The B&B is an extensive modern bungalow, privately situated in half an acre of waterfront garden, commanding fantastic panoramic views across the Tay Estuary. It even has its own jetty. The letting accommodation is on the first floor and comprises a very spacious twin-bedded room of 35 square metres, together with a comfortable sitting area overlooking the river and generous purpose-built en-suite shower facilities. The room can be set up to provide twin, double or family facilities.
