This
lovely B&B was once a retired Victorian gentleman's
residence & town house. It is very well situated for guests who
wish to stay and holiday in Penzance , or for those
who would like to tour the surrounding countryside and many attractions.
St Ives and St Michael's Mount are
both only a short drive from Penzance. The promenade with it
a beautiful panoramic view over the whole of Mounts Bay is only
100 metres away from the B&B. The bed and breakfast is also
situated opposite the entrance to the very attractive sub-tropical
Morrab gardens which makes it a very pleasant walk to the town centre
which is only 5 minutes away. For eating out, be it a snack, a cosy
meal in a small pub or a fine restaurant you are only a few minutes
walk from a large variety of different eating places. If you are traveling
to Cornwall by train or by bus, then the terminals for both of
these is only 15 minutes walk away. There is free parking on
the street outside the B&B in the evenings and further up the street
during the daytime.

This friendly B&B in Penzance is a large Victorian House built in 1886. The bed and breakfast offers 8 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with modern ensuite facilities, colour TV, radio-alarm, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The B&B is situated in a wide and tree-lined avenue leading to the seafront, with its long promenade and sheltered bay and there is unrestricted parking on both sides and on most the adjoining roads. Situated on the edge of town, but within a few short minutes walk of the center and the seafront, they are in the ideal position to visit all the many and reasonably priced pubs, restaurants and other attractions in Penzance.

This lovely B&B at St Austell was originally
part of an old Victorian boys school built in the early 1900's and has
recently been renovated into this great Bed & Breakfast accommodation
comprising of large and spacious ensuite rooms and a guest dinning room.
Guests also have the use of the conservatory and patio. Some of the
rooms have great views overlooking the via duct Bridge and woodland
area. The Eden project is a very short drive or bus ride away.

The accommodation is an ideal base for exploring all of Cornwall with attractions like the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the unspoilt coastal fishing villages of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey all nearby. They are surround by one of Cornwall’s most unspoilt areas of natural beauty. Nestling alongside the stream, why not take a walk through the grounds and you will find a Chapel that was built back in 1921 and a Druids Granite Chair that dates back to the middle ages. |
