Proprietors Peter and Mary-Ann look forward to welcoming you to their home on the Kent Coast.

The B&B, dating from late 14th or early 15th century, is situated in South Eastern Kent only 10 minutes away from the Channel Tunnel terminal and the Folkestone docks. This makes the B&B the ideal stop off point for Euro travellers. The House overlooks the Romney Marsh and the Channel and on a clear day France is clearly visible. The home has ample secure off road parking for guests with cars. Public transport in the area is very restricted so a car is almost essential unless guests wish to rely on taxis. Our rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast which is available until 9.30 a.m. We do not provide evening meals or lunches but there is a wide choice of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Just a 10 minute walk to the local pub serving great food all day.

Accommodation

The B&B has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one has an adjoining twin-bedded room which is suitable for guests family or friends who do not mind sharing facilities. There is also a further double bedroom which has an extra bed also so that it can be let as a twin or triple bedded room if necessary. This room has its own bathroom and separate lavatory which is private to that room but not ensuite. A cot is also available if required.

Lympne Castle is only 10 minutes away by car.

Rates are £35 (inc.VAT) per person per night inclusive of a full English breakfast.

A discount of 5% on this price is available for stays of 3 nights or longer.

Guests are requested not to smoke in the bedrooms both for insurance reasons and for the comfort of other guests. The owners will take guests with pets by prior arrangement.
