A warm friendly welcome is promised at this great family run Guest House. You'll find the B&B tucked away on a quiet street, only 5 minutes walk from York Minster. The Guest House is a recently refurbished and redecorated Victorian Terraced house. Rooms have been laid out with comfort in mind. The accommodation consists of 8 ensuite rooms and 1 room with private facilities. They have one family room, two twin rooms, three double rooms and two single rooms. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and TV. An iron is available on request. Rates include full English Breakfast or a vegetarian option.
Experience the comforts of the Guest House accommodation. High standards of cleanliness and service can be assured together with a warm friendly welcome. The B&B is a 10 minute walk from York station if you are coming by public transport. There is also free off-street parking if you are traveling by car.

Accommodation available from £23 to £35 per person per night.
A full English Breakfast is included and vegetarian and vegan options are also catered for.
Please note this home does not take single night stays on Friday or Saturday, 2 nights minimum apply these days.
In addition to the B&B Net cancellation policy and in the
event of cancellation or "non-appearance" at this particular B&B, following Yorkshire
Tourist Board guidelines, the B&B needs a 72 hours minimum cancellation notice required and they will make a £10 charge for any cancellation to cover cost of administration.
