I liked my stay in the B&B. It has great location only few minutes to Victoria station. The room was tidy, there was adjoined  bathroom as well,
I have appreciated  wireless internet access. It had met my expectation.  That's why I would definitely choose this B&B for my future stay in London.

This budget bed and breakfast is in a great location in Victoria and is in an excellent position for your visit to central London. The rooms are situated over the Cafe in the photo above. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace & St James Park, and close to the Tate gallery, Westminster, and the West End. The tube, busses & trains at Victoria are less than a 2 minutes walk away. The shopping areas of Knightsbridge, Kings Road, Kensington, Bond Street & Oxford Street can all be accessed with ease. The area around the B&B has a huge selection of restaurants, cafés and bars along with 2 famous theatres, the Apollo & the Palace. They also offer breakfast in the Cafe below the B&B at extra cost if required, so you do not have to go far for breakfast if you do not wish to.

PLEASE NOTE : this B&B is in the process of redecoration and modernisation which the owner plans to finish later this year. There may be work going on in the hallways and so on and some of the bathrooms too. The current prices do reflect this fact. As you can see from the recommendations above many people are still very happy with the B&B as it reflects great value for money in such a central location where most places are £100 per night or more.

Accommodation

There are four rooms for guest use, split on two floors, both floors having a double and twin room on each. On the first floor there is a double with a compact ensuite shower room with basin and WC and there is a twin room with ensuite shower room with basin and WC. On the second floor there is a double ensuite room and a twin ensutie room, again both rooms have a wash hand basin in the bathroom and a WC. The B&B has an independent guest entrance with coded door. The B&B is non smoking.

Each room in the B&B has:

  • Tea /coffee making facilities
  • an extra bed can be added to some rooms for triple use (at an extra cost of £10 per night)
  • Wifi internet available if required - they can also provide computer if you don't have a lap top (£1 for 30 minutes)

Breakfast is not included so as to keep the price low, there are lots of places to grab a breakfast within a 5 minute walk of the accommodation
Tariff :

An extra pull out bed can be added in any room for an extra £10 per night regardless of length of stay i.e. rooms can take 3 persons if required.

NOTE : LONDON OLYMPIC RATES ; from 26th July until 12th August and from 29th August until 9th September all rooms are £119 per room per night

OFFERS :
For family groups booking 2 rooms or more, a 10% reduction in room rates for stays of 3 nights or more
OR
Book more than 5 nights consecutive stay and rates for the additional nights the room rates are reduced by 10 % per room per night.
