This family run bed and breakfast ( non smoking ) is in London travel zone 3 at Streatham Hill in South London. The home is seven minutes walk to Streatham Hill station where a three minute ride takes you to Balham if you wish to pick up the underground (tube) or for central London Victoria (12 minutes ride). At nearby Clapham junction there are extensive connections and links to many tubes and stations to take you all over London and England. Clapham is just a few minutes from Balham and it's only 10 minutes into Victoria Station from Clapham. You can also catch any bus (8 minutes ride) for the northern line tube for Brixton tube station on the Victoria Line.

From the B&B it is just a four minute walk to Streatham High street which is the longest high street in the UK. You'll find every bank and superstore an array of individual shops, pubs, clubs, winebars, restaurants, lawn bowling, mega bowling, go-karting, ice skating, ice hockey, cinema, fitness centres in the area. Within 10 minutes you'll find the London golf centre, Brockwell park lido and Tooting bec lido.

The house is well decorated and each room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small table and a cosy arm chair. The kitchen looks onto the garden with a dinning table big enough for 6-8 people. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room and there's a nice garden and free parking if you are coming by car.
