This 5-bedroom B&B is a charming Victorian house in a quiet location in Parsons Green, West London, which still offers a 'Village' type atmosphere yet is close to all that London has to offer. The house is eight minutes walk from Parsons Green underground station and Fulham Broadway (district line) is also nearby, both providing easy access to Wimbledon, Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens, the West End, City, Tower of London, Greenwich etc. Heathrow Airport is only 55 minutes away, Gatwick & Stansted are 60 minutes and Victoria Station 20 minutes. The 22 Bus stop is also close-by on the well known New Kings Road, serving Knightsbridge (Harrods), Green Park, the Royal Academy, Fortnum & Masons, Piccadilly Circus etc. It is a useful bus at night for the theaters that are near Piccadilly Circus. There are many excellent antique shops, boutiques and a variety of first-class restaurants, pubs & cheaper restaurants all within walking distance. Car parking is by ticket only. Extra beds for children can be added to some rooms - please ask for further details. All guest rooms have dressing gowns and tea and coffee is available on request if required. Rates include a generous and varied continental breakfast with a fine assortment of juices, tea, coffee, breads, cereals, jams, cheese and hams and so on OR a full cooked English breakfast if required. All rooms have a flatscreen TV, hairdryer, alarm clock and so on. Please note as with most family run B&B's the owners do not take credit cards.

Twin room or super kingsize room. This room has a private adjacent bathroom for your exclusive use, the bathroom has a power shower, and a full size bathtub, W.C. and basin.
The rooms has two 3 foot twin beds that can be locked together to make a 6 foot super kingsize bed.

£83 per room per night for twin use
£90 per room per night for super kingsize use
£73 per room per night for single use

First floor double room, with double bed, shared bathroom with one other single guest room (bathroom has a power shower, W.C. and basin).

£77 per room per night for two persons
£67 per room per night for single use

First floor single room sharing bathroom with room above (bathroom has a power shower, W.C. and basin).

£56 per room per night

The second floor has 2 rooms, a double room, which can also have twin beds and another adjacent double room.
Both rooms share a bathroom with a walk in power shower and bath tub (plus basic and W.C. etc).
This suite of two rooms and bathroom is ideal for a family of four persons.

The rooms are £80 per room per night for two persons, and we can quote prices for a family of four depending on children's ages.
Single use is £70 per room per night

Please note this is Non Smoking household and the owner does have two cats. There is an additional £5 charge per room for one night stays.
