| Anne and Giuseppe welcome you to their small family run bed and breakfast. The house is situated on a quiet road on the northern side of Bromley town centre. They are about a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car from Bromley town centre. Central London is within easy access being only 20 mins on the train. The main train stations are Grove Park, serving London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross, or Shortlands and Bromley South serving Victoria. All main line stations are easily accessible from the house and Anne is happy to offer a lift in her car whenever possible. Taxis to the station cost approx. £3 or the walk is around 15-20 minutes. The beautiful surrounding Kent countryside is also within easy reach. Bromley can be reached by car from the M25 (junction 5 or 6), the M2 and the M20. (Dover/Folkestone about a one hour journey). Gatwick Airport approximately 50 minutes and Heathrow around an hour and a half away. | |

| Accommodation offered consists of two twin-bedded rooms and one double room. The double room has a bathroom and shower ensuite. The twin-bedded rooms have ensuite showers. Twin bedded rooms can be made into double beds as they are linkable beds. All rooms have recently been tastefully redecorated and refurnished to a high standard and feature en-suite facilities, tea and coffee trays, radio/clock alarms, hair-dryer, and TV. Full English or continental breakfast is included in our rates. | |

| Smoking is strictly forbidden in the bedrooms. This policy is enforced in order to keep the rooms fresh and clean at all times, especially for guests who do not smoke. | |
