Caroline extends the warmest of welcomes to her self catering B&B apartment. It is a light bright patio flat ( just a few short steps down) situated on one of the most beautiful garden squares in London, in a large stucco fronted Victorian house (probably built by Thomas Cubitt around 1830) just a few doors down from Winston Churchills home. | Whether you are visiting London's many attractions, or are here on business, we are superbly located. We are in an upmarket area of Victoria in one of the prettiest garden squares in London. Belgravia - with the worlds best chocolate shop - (probably) is a two minute walk, Chelsea, Kings Rd, Sloane St and Sloane Sq approx. 15 mins walk or a 5 minute taxi to Harrods . Local attractions (with approx. walking time) include: Buckingham Palace 10 mins, St James' Park and Green Park - 7 mins, Westminster Abbey and Cathedral, Big Ben, London Eye, River Thames with river cruises , Downing St all within 10 -15 mins. Two Theatres with top west end shows -5 mins. In addition are Tate Britain, Hyde Park Corner , many fashionable restaurants, shops and colourful street markets, pubs and wine bars, cinemas, gymnasiums in nearby streets. For guests that have a car there is on street parking in square outside the B&B from 6pm - 8am free of charge (if available) and meter parking is available for the day at a cost of about £3 per hour. There is also there is a public car park around 2 minutes walk from the home which costs around £14 for six hours £20 for nine hours. |

Guests are able to use the stunning private gardens by arrangement, a tranquil garden around three acres with barbecue area and tennis courts, a huge variety of plants - this is a true oasis. |

| We value our guests and do our utmost to make them feel at home. We are able to supply any information you may need on local shows, attractions etc. - if we don't know we find out! The owners live just a few doors down and are happy to help with any enquiry you may have. | |
| Transport | |
| Victoria station and underground ( + taxi rank) is a four minute walk from the flat. It has fast transport to Heathrow -45 mins, Gatwick 35 mins and connections to just about everywhere in the country. Victoria Coach station with buses to Stansted airport and day trips all over the country is a two minute walk.
Eurostar and Waterloo international approx. 10 -15 mins. |

Take the whole apartment from £110 per night depending on season (same rate for 1 and up to 4 persons - see prices below) Please note : As with most self catering accommodation, if you book this apartment, once the booking is confirmed the owner will contact you to arrange a deposit payment (non refundable). This would be a total of around 25-50% of the cost of your stay (depending on season and length of booking). |
