The bed and breakfast guest house accommodation is located 5-10 minutes from both Heathrow airport terminals 1,2,3,4 and terminal 5. A free courtesy bus service collects and drops customers off between 06.00 to 10.30 and 18.00 to 22.30. Guests are allow one free collection and return. Outside these times you can take a taxi to/from the hotel/airport and the rates are under £10 to and from terminals, 1, 2 or 3 and £10 to £12 to/from terminal 4. Also worth noting is that from terminal 5 there is a FREE bus number 423 which is 1 stop from the B&B and runs from around 5 am to midnight. Note there are no transfers currently to terminal 2 as this not operative and under going renovation. The airport does not allow collections from terminal 3, if you arrive at terminal 3 and need a collect you will need to walk through to terminal 1 (5 to 7 minutes) and you can be collected from here. Tranfers are allowed into terminal 4 as normal.

The underground is free between terminals 1 2 3 to terminal 4 to terminal 5.

From Heathrow airport you are able to get the Heathrow Express, taking 15 minutes to Central London and all its sights. There are 2 pubs/restaurants within a 3 minute walk of the B&B. The Heathrow Express from the airport provides access to Central London/Paddington and from there traveling to any and all major London area is quick and easy.

The area with ensuite rooms also has WIFI in the breakfast room area. This is available for guest use from 10.00 hrs (or from check in time) to 06.00 hrs the next dayat a charge of £4.00 total. This is not available for rooms with shared bathroom as they are away from the breakfast area.

Facilities :

The guest house has 30 ensuite bedrooms plus basic rooms too. In each room you will find direct dial telephones, satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. There is a continental breakfast served everyday (extra cost). There is a 24 hour reception. The guest house is in an ideal location for business travelers and tourists. Both short and long term parking space is available for guests at £5 per day for parking of over two weeks or more this drops to £3.50 per day. They also have wifi broadband internet available at a charge of £4 per 24 hours. There are 2 pubs/restaurants within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. From Heathrow Airport you are able to get the Heathrow Express Train which takes 15 minutes to Central London and all its sights. Please note breakfast is at extra cost - see details below.

Breakfast - this is not included in the quoted rates but they do offer a breakfast basket delivered to the guest room at any time of the day at a cost of £4.50 per person. They also offer a sit down continental buffer breakfast in the breakfast area for £6 per person from 8am to 9am each day.

Just to let you know that myself and my daughter really enjoyed our very pleasant stay, we found the room really good and service excellent, also the breakfast (at extra cost) was really good. I would recommend this place to anyone, also a big thank you to Barbara, the woman who worked in the breakfast room, please pass that on to her, she was really very helpful and kind to us.
