| This family run bed and breakfast is located in a quiet residential area, yet less than 30 minutes ride direct from central London. The location is also ideal for access to the Kent and Surrey countryside. Both Bromley (the Glades shopping centre) and Croydon are a bus ride away. There is also good access to the Croydon tramlink system via Elmer's End station which is a 15 minute walk away. Historic Greenwich, on the Thames is also within easy reach, again around 30 minutes via rail and DLR. Outside the home there is free parking on the street if you are coming with your car. The local station, Eden Park on the Charing Cross line, is around 10 to 15 minutes walk from the B&B. Also within a few minutes walk are plenty of pubs, restaurants and take away food outlets. |

| The B&B offers two guest rooms, a large double room and a large twin room. Both rooms share one bathroom (with both a bath and shower). If you book both rooms for a family of four the bathroom would be for your exclusive use. The home really is a great option for a family of four.The rooms both have colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities. It may also be possible for guests to use the owners internet connection to check their e-mail (by arrangement). The home is non smoking but guests that smoke may use the garden. For smaller children, an additional mattress (with bedding) can be placed in the twin room for your convenience. For an older child, an extra room can be arranged for an additional £20 . Please note the owner has two cats. |

| Rates include an English cooked breakfast or a continental breakfast. The continental consists of fresh coffee, tea, fruit juices, yogurts and fresh fruit, cereals and toast or croissants or crumpets. |

| The home is great for all that central London has to offer plus very close to the Kent and Surrey Countryside and Bromley and Croydon. If your a shopper in Bromley is the Glades shopping centre and in Croydon the Whitgift shopping centre.
Bromley also has the Churchill Theatre which runs shows before they go to the West end of London. The B&B is also only 15 minutes drive from Down house which is a new World Heritage Site and the birth place of Charles Darwin. |
