This is one of Blackpool's most ideally situated residential hotels. It is open all year round and furnished to a superior standard with ample lounge, fully licensed bar, dining and toilet facilities on the ground floor.

The Hotel, on the North Shore, is in one of Blackpool's more residential areas overlooking the superb Gynn Rockery Gardens of some 2.5 acres. Gynn Gardens has an extensive rockery area, crazy golf, and putting greens. The promenade, just beyond the park, provides an open aspect to the front of the hotel. The hotel is conveniently situated for all of Blackpool's major attractions with frequent Tram's available running from the promenade just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has 13 double ensuite rooms, 3 twin ensuite rooms, 1 family ensuite room for 3 persons and 1 family ensutie room for 4 persons.
