This charming and peaceful bed and breakfast is situated in a converted Victorian house set on a quiet residential street in very desirable Queens Park. The bedroom has a double bed looking out onto the very pretty garden.

The tube ride on the Bakerloo line to Oxford Street in the heart of central London takes a mere 14 minutes. The line goes directly to Waterloo with connections to the South Bank. There are also several bus stops to various parts of London within a 5 minute walk. In addition, Queens Park has other excellent travel links - Silverlink and North London overland trains stop locally and go to Euston and Kew Gardens.

Queens Park is a trendy and sophisticated area with cafes, restaurants, a patisserie, wine bars, a great bookshop, a supermarket, convenience stores and pharmacies. Every Sunday it holds a renowned Farmers Market selling produce and a variety of wonderful food. The award winning Tricycle Theatre and Cinema is within walking distance, and there is also a gym in the area.

The park itself is beautiful – it extends to 30 acres and is excellent for outdoor activities- it has tennis courts , ornamental gardens and a café.
