The apartment is freshly refurbished with wood flooring throughout and is fully equipped with all of the latest modern conveniences including:

RATES :
Apartment rent is £1200 per week including cleaning for up to four persons. For each additional person there is a charge of £50 per person per week - eg. 6 persons is £1300 per week.

Minimum period of rental is for a one week stay. Shorter stays will be charged at the one week rate. Please note rates do not include cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged at extra cost if required.

Cancellation policy for this apartment differs to the standard B&B NET policy. A no show or cancellation within the 48 hours before arrival date incurs a 2 night stay charge.
